Kelley Chimenti, MSW, LCSW, CCSOT - Executive Director/Owner, Certified Clinical Sex Offense Therapist
Kelley works as a clinical supervisor, an individual/group therapist and manager. She became certified as a Clinical Sex Offense Therapist in Washington in 2006 and in Oregon in 2009. In addition to her work with offenders, Kelley operates a private practice in which she sees individuals and couples with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety and childhood trauma. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Portland in 1990, her Masters in Social Work from Portland State University in 1998 and she became licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in 2005. She was a family therapist for runaway/homeless youth populations and survivors of abuse before beginning her work with people who have committed sexual offenses in 2002. She currently serves on the OATSA Board of Directors and has been a member since 2013. She was appointed by the Governor to the Sex Offender Treatment Board in 2014 and served until 2022. Kelley also serves as a member of the Offense Management Committee which is part of the Oregon Attorney General's Sexual Assault Task Force. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Association for the Prevention & Treatment of Sexual Abuse (ATSA).
Kelley’s philosophical approach uses methodology primarily from cognitive-behavioral therapy, systems theory, and strengths-based theory. She believes that her clients have the capacity to change and that they desire healthy, happy relationships. The general areas that receive attention in therapy include the client’s thoughts, emotions, behaviors, stress management skills, self-awareness, problem conceptualization, and systemic issues contributing to the client’s presenting problems and solutions. Assessment of trauma is an important part of the process as well. Kelley is an objective professional who can provide fresh insight and an alternative perspective designed to enhance problem solving skills that clients can use to increase confidence, improve their relationships, and address the issues that brought them to therapy. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is the focus and instrument through which new skills and insights can be gained. In addition to her work, Kelley enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, the outdoors, cooking, and reading.

Nikki Chapman - Billing Specialist/Scheduling
Nikki Chapman is our Bookkeeper and Billing Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the Evergreen State College in 1997. She is a self-taught accountant who began working with friend’s local businesses in 2004 in the Portland Metro area. In 2009, her focus shifted to working with mental health therapists and acupuncture clinics, specializing in medical billing and accounts receivable. In 2011, she became a tax preparer for the state of Oregon in order to better understand how to help her clients. She likes to think that her services work with the industry holistically; by helping other specialists with their billing and bookkeeping, she frees them up to do what they do best-heal the community. When she’s not working here at Conifer Clinical Services, or with her other clients, she can be found driving all over the Pacific NW, camping, hiking, bird-watching and documenting it all with photographs.
